Dr. Tom Valone's 28-year search for future energy and propulsion designs was initiated by an investigation into a UFO story, including a reproduced generator which he tested. According to Dr. Valone, the field is ripe for engineering analysis of likely propulsion systems. This investigation of the energy technology of UFO's provides fruitful insights for civilian back-engineering in order to catch up to covert "Black Budget" operations which only benefit the military.
