In the future, crime is getting a little bizarre. A prototype cyborg is developed to combat crime, but the experiment fails. Seeking revenge against his creators, the experimental cyborg named Boris Goudphater escapes his containment. Tasked with capturing the renegade cyborg, Agent Crush, a second series cyborg, has been furnished with all types of superhero gadgets. His latest mission is to stop Goudphater from exploding a nuclear device in the centre of the Earth's core and causing every volcano to erupt, destroying the Earth.
