The Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut located opposite Luxor, the architecture of the temple is striking and dates from the 18th dynasty. It takes its name from the Egyptian queen Hatshepsut, who became pharaoh. The mortuary temple of Ramses III at Medinet Habu, known mainly by the pharaoh himself when he ascended to the throne. He wanted to build his funerary temple in the image of that of his predecessor, Ramses II, while restoring the image of the grandeur of Egypt at the time of his illustrious ancestor.
