The all new Twilight Zone Audio Archive contains 'rare' and 'hard to find' interviews with writers, producers, cast and crew from Rod Serling's hit television series, The Twilight Zone.
This Twilight Zone Audio Archive features Lamont Johnson – One of the great television directors, Johnson has worked from the Fifties all the way to the 21st Century, with credits on HAVE GUN WILL TRAVEL, DR. KILDARE, HITCHOCK PRESENTS, THE DEFENDERS, THE RIFLEMAN – all the way to the TWILIGHT ZONE-themed “Help For the Lovelorn” episode of J.J. Abrams’ FELICITY. Before turning to directing, Johnson was a noted actor, among other roles starring as Tarzan on the radio. Johnson directed eight terrific TWILIGHT ZONE episodes, among them “Kick the Can,” “The Shelter,” Five Characters in Search of an Exit,” “Four O’Clock,” “Hocus Pocus and Frisby,” “Nothing in the Dark,” “Passage on the Lady Ann” and “One More Pallbearer.” In this fantastic interview, Johnson discusses helming all these episodes and much more, including his memories of working on the show with such greats as Serling, George Clayton Johnson, Burgess Meredith, Andy Devine, Joseph Wiseman, Robert Redford and the phenomenal elderly cast of the classic “Kick the Can” and “Nothing in the Dark.”
“The Twilight Zone is possibly the best TV series of all time.”
